Ski Boot Heater

This rechargeable, battery-operated boot heater was designed to mount onto ski, after-ski, or hiking boots and provide multiple heat settings to warm the inside of the boot.

Pacifico:

• Completed conceptual design (was 70% designed by others)
• Comleted layout, detail design
• Completed detail drawings
• Interfaced with suppliers (molder, PCB, etc.)
• Assembled and tested prototypes
• Created manufacturing assembly documents
• Assisted in the transition to production (assembled in Mexico)
